From March 29, 2019 to April 2, 2019, a joint study was conducted by the law faculty of muhammadiyah malang university along with several campuses in Indonesia with several campuses in South Korea. The study was attended by Dr. Tongat, S.H., M.Hum as Dean of the Faculty of Law of Muhammadiyah University of Malang and Nu'man Aunuh, S.H., M.Hum as The Faculty of Law Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University malang.
Daegu Catholic University (DCU) is located in Daeguu, the 4th largest metropolitan area in south Korea, Korean Maritime Ocean University (KMOU) located in the southern busan area of south Korea and Youngsan University located in a hilly area in busan. These three campuses through campus leadership provide an overview of the lectures faced in Korea that tend to have such a strong level of competition and competence and they open up wide enough opportunities for double degree lectures on the campus they lead. As for the lectures in South Korea that according to the information of Ms. Sekar, one of the Indonesian students who became a Double Degree at Youngsan University, the lecture is quite heavy, many books have to be studied, and from the weight of that becomes an experience in the future, even south Korean children have enough time to learn. Approximately 12 – 15 hours they use for the learning process. This is one of the interests of umm law faculty to cooperate in the field of tridharma with several campuses in South Korea.
After returning from south Korea, umm Faculty of Law through Dean and Kaprodi developed an advanced program of the cooperation, including neting students who are willing to study double degree with a partner campus in south korea and directing prospective double degree participants for Korean language courses in Indonesia to facilitate the course in South Korea.
