Starting 2021 with Solutions, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of UMM Publishes a New Book on Criminal Law

Malang (4/1) - Perpetrators of criminal acts often get leniency for being cooperative, repenting for their actions and admitting their mistakes. Unfortunately, not many judges can dig up these values.
This phenomenon was captured by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of UMM, Dr. Tongat, SH., M.Hum, who is an expert on criminal law, by releasing a new book entitled "Reconstruction of the Confession and Remorse of Perpetrators of Criminal Actions for Their Acts and Mistakes."
"Recognition and remorse can alleviate the perpetrators of criminal acts. This book is here to provide a reconstruction of the enforcement of criminal law so far. Through the reconstruction of criminal law based on Pancasila justice, it is hoped that legal objectives will be achieved, namely fulfillment of justice." Said Dr. Tongue. (saf / hum)
