Malang (15/3) - The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many lines of human life, including education. Education that was initially face-to-face or offline, then changed to face-to-face virtual or online. To anticipate boredom and increase the adaptive power of new students, UMM presented Dr. Ary Ginanjar, founder of ESQ 165, on the agenda for the opening of Student Day for the 2020/2021 school year, yesterday (14/3).

"My son is already studying at Monash for about 2 years. But until now my child has never been to Australia, he has all lectures virtually. Stress, boredom and boredom are common things experienced by students in today's learning situations." Said Dr. Ary Ginanjar

Ary Ginanjar continued, one of the things that is very important to be instilled in every student is the values of a strong personality. Ary calls it UMM Super Agility, which consists of change agility, mental agility, people agility, learning agility and result agility.

The adaptive power in the UMM Super Agility can foster a tough personality, especially for Law Faculty students who usually practice offline trials, now it has turned online. Not only court practice, several activities, such as legal debates, are also carried out online.

"It feels different. Usually the trial practice is met in person, the debate is face-to-face with the interlocutor, it's online now, but it's still exciting and doesn't dampen our enthusiasm for learning." Said M. Bayu Yusya, a student of the UMM Faculty of Law.

Through the opening of Student Day and sharing session with the ESQ founder, it is hoped that new UMM students, especially new students from the Faculty of Law, can prepare themselves to be tough, have high adaptability and remain consistent in producing achievements. (saf / hum)
