One of the graduate profiles of the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Malang is a Legal Practitioner including Prospective Judges, Prospective Prosecutors, Prospective Notaries, Advocates, Legal Consultants, Legal Officers, Legal Drafters, Legal Auditors, Legal Advisors. One of the skills that must be possessed is applying their field of expertise and utilizing science and technology in their fields in solving problems and being able to adapt to the situation faced. In order to realize the Graduate Profile who has mastery of these skills, the Faculty of Law through the Law Laboratory provides a practice program for several courses that require practical skills. The need for practical skills for each course is based on the needs of the world of work. Information about these needs is obtained from input from stakeholders, both alumni, cooperation partners, and institutions/agencies/companies that use graduates. Students are given skills in Criminal Procedure Law practicum by being equipped with practical knowledge in making legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Indictment, Demand Letter to Verdict. In addition to making documents, students are also equipped with skills in practicing events in mock trials. |
Contract and Collateral Law |
Students are given skills in practical work on Contract and Collateral Law by being equipped with practical knowledge in determining the anatomy of the agreement structure, analysis of the valid conditions of the agreement, the planning stage of contract preparation, drafting of agreements, and distribution of collateral. |

Students are given skills in Civil Procedure Law practicum by being equipped with practical skills in making legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Lawsuit Letter, Response Letter to Decisions. Indonesian Inheritance Law |
Students are given skills in the Indonesian Inheritance Law practicum by being equipped with practical skills in dealing with various inheritance calculation cases based on the types of inheritance applicable in Indonesia, namely western inheritance, Islamic inheritance, and customary inheritance. |

Students are given skills in the practicum of Legislation by being equipped with practical skills in the anatomy of the structure of laws, understanding related to the variety of languages and reference techniques used in the process of drafting laws and regulations. In addition, students are equipped with skills in carrying out the process of compiling academic manuscripts for draft regional regulations and making drafts of draft regional regulations. |
