Document Validation

In administrative affairs, both academic, financial and student administration, there are documents that must be approved or validated. This policy is implemented to minimize any deviations or misuse that can be carried out by any individual. Among the documents that must be approved or validated are permits or dispensations for studying, certificates, decrees, Student Study Cards, Student Study Result Cards, to approval of photocopies of Diplomas and transcripts. Approval is carried out by structural officials (Dean, Vice Dean, Head of Study Program, and Secretary of Study Program) in accordance with their respective duties and affairs.
