The Emancipated Learning Programme (MBKM) is a student right that must be facilitated by every university. Every student has the right to study other fields of science according to their passion. Students also have the right to study elsewhere outside their home university in order to gain knowledge, experience, and broader perspectives that can be used as provisions for independence in the future. Students can choose to carry out activities included in the independent learning program such as Certified Internships, Independent Studies, Teaching Campuses, Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), Student Exchanges, Thematic KKN, Humanitarian Projects, Research, and Entrepreneurship.
