Biografi:

Yohana is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Malang in the field of Civil Law. Yohana earned a Bachelor of Law (SH) in 2013 and a Master of Law in 2017 at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Some of the research works that she published include Legal Certainty, Usefulness, and Justice for Criminal Cases of Children (Kajian Putusan No.201 / Pid.Sus / 2014 / PN.Blt) published by Jurnal Yudisial Vol. 8 No. December 3, 2015, Study of Investigators' Actions in Handling Detention Syndicates on Collateral Objects of Fiduciary Transactions at Malang Police published by the Scientific Journal of Law "Legality" Vol 27, No 1 (2019); Nadzir Registration Regulation To The Indonesian Waqf Board With A Positive Legal Perspective And Islamic Law published by the Scientific Journal "Legal Standing" Vol 4, No 2 (2020). Apart from being active in writing, and doing community service, Yohana graduated from the Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) in 2013 and became an Apprentice Advocate at the Advocate Office of the Advocate Office "Drs. Bambang Arjuno, SH & Rekan ”(2013-2014) and completed the Paralegal training at LKBH Regional Leaders' Aisyiyah Malang City (2014-2016). Yohana was also a speaker at several scientific meetings, including the 1st National Summit of Law Economy and ASEAN Community Survive and Opportunity (2016), the 7th International Conference on Community Development in the ASEAN (Virtual Conference) (2020), Webinars with the topic " Industrial Relations Disputes for Workers Affected by Covid-19 ”(2020).
