Biography:

Bayu Dwi Widdy Jatmiko, S.H., M.Hum. is a lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang since 1996 until now. He successfully completed his Bachelor of Law Education at Tadulako University, Master of Law Education at Brawijaya University and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree at Brawijaya University. He has expertise in the field of Constitutional Law. Currently, Bayu also serves as Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University. As an expert and academic, he is active both as a member and administrator in various academic organizations such as the Administrator of the Association of Constitutional Law Lecturers and State Administrative Law, being an active member of the Criminal Law and Criminology Society, the Indonesian Progressive Law Consortium (Satjipto Rahardjo Institute) and the Association of Lecturers of Constitutional Court Procedural Law. He is actively involved as a consultant in formulating public policies in several District/City Governments such as Tulungagung District, Blitar City, Batu City, Penajam Paser Utara City, Malang City, etc. He is also an active analyst at the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia in the examination and annotation program of Court Decisions.
