Biography:

Prof. Dr. Fifik Wiryani, SH., M.Si., M.Hum. is a lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang since 1991 and has successfully achieved the title of Professor in the field of Agrarian Science in 2023. She took her Bachelor of Law and Master of Law at Brawijaya University,  Doctoral Education at Gajah Mada University. She’s expertise is in the fields of Agrarian Law, Civil Law, and Environmental Law. Some of the titles of the books she wrote are such as Reform of Customary Rights "Regulation of Indigenous People’s Rights in the Management of Natural Resources, and Agrarian Law” Concept and History of Agrarian Law from the Colonial Era to Independence", that she has also written scientific articles in the form of Reports, Monographs, Journals and Proceedings totaling 59 Titles. During his service at UMM she was also given the mandate of structural positions including Special Staff for UMM Law, and was Deputy Dean II of the UMM Faculty of Law. In the Muhammadiyah organization, he was also active and was given the mandate as Deputy Chair of the Waqf and Property Midwife Council of the PDM Malang City and the PWM East Java.
