Biography:

He is a lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang since 2003 until now. He successfully completed his Bachelor of Law Education at the University of Muhammadiyah, Master of Notary at Gadjah Mada University and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree at Brawijaya University. His expertise is in Intellectual Property Law and Business Law. He actively writes books and scientific articles published in reputable journals both domestically and abroad. Sofyan Arief, S.H., M.Kn. also has a TRIPS certification as an instructor and consultant on intellectual property rights so that he is often asked to be a resource person and instructor for intellectual property rights training. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the HKI Center at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
