Biography:

Sholahuddin Al-Fatih is a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Born in Gosari Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency, East Java. Sholahuddin Al-Fatih completed his Undergraduate Program, in the Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, University of Brawijaya with the Etos Dompet Dhuafa Beastudi within 3.5 years. Then continued his Masters in Government Law Studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Airlangga with the LPDP Scholarship Program from the Ministry of Finance within 1 year. In 2020, he continued his Doctoral Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Brawijaya until now. Sholahuddin Al-Fatih focuses on studies related to legal issues and has been a guest lecturer at various campuses, namely, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, University of Brawijaya, Trunojoyo University of Madura, Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, Ahmad Dahlan University, Bengkulu University and many more. Sholahuddin Al-Fatih is also active in managing various reputable international and national accredited journals. Among them, Legality: Jurnal Ilmiah Hukum which has been indexed by Scopus, Audito Comparative Law Journal, Jurnal Dedicated Hukum, Indonesia Law Reform Journal and many more. Until November 2023, articles written by Sholahuddin Al-Fatih have been published in 21 Scopus indexed journals, have an H-Index of 6, with an overall Sinta Score of more than 1000. In addition to actively writing in journals, Sholahuddin Al-Fatih's opinions have also been published in Kompas, Jawa Pos, Radar Jember, Malang Post and many more.
