Biography:
Herwastoeti Achieved her Bachelor of Laws degree from Brawijaya University in 1986, and her Master of Sociology degree from Muhammadiyah University of Malang in 1998. In 2020, she earned her Doctorate degree from Surakarta State University. She teaches Commercial Law, Banking Law, Consumer Legal Protection, Financing Law, Legal Aspects of Business, and Political Science. His various published papers include Bankruptcy of Limited Liability Companies (The Analysis of Case Studies in Commercial Court (Humanity, 1 (2), 2006); Compliance with Investment Law No. 25 of 2007 on the Perspective of the Indonesian Constitution (Journal of Constitution, II (2), 2009); and Advocacy Model for Consumer Empowerment (Jurnal Adil, 1 (3), 2010). His current research projects are Global Economic and Bank Liberation (The Juridical Analysis Towards the Implementation of Single Presence Policy on Competition Law Perspective in the Indonesian Banking Industry, Block Grant, 2011); Bank Restructuring: Efforts to Encourage Stability of Banking Industrialization in Indonesia, Block Grant, 2012; and Formation of Financial Services Authority in the Banking Sector; Block Grant, 2015).
