Biography:

Dr. Haris, SH., M.Hum, was born in Sampang (Madura) in 1967 has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law UMM, since 1996. He earned his doctorate in 2016 from Brawijaya University with his dissertation "Overcoming Carok Crime in the Sampang Madura Community with an Abolitionist Approach in a Criminology Perspective." In order to carry out his duties as a lecturer, he actively conducts research and community service. Due to his concern for local government, he often asked to be a consultant in the formulation of policies and the formulation of Malang City Regional Regulations. In addition to carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education as a lecturer, Haris Tofly, who has a hobby of football, also has many activities outside the campus. He once served as the Chairman of KONI Malang and also served as the Chairman of PSSI Malang City for two terms.
